Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with NatalInsight. By purchasing a birth chart reading from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
NatalInsight is a personal astrology reading service operated from the United Kingdom. We provide personalised natal chart reports generated using artificial intelligence, based on birth data supplied by the customer. Our website is natalinsight.com and our contact email is admin@natalinsight.com.
NatalInsight provides a single product: a personalised birth chart reading of approximately 10 pages, generated using AI technology and delivered to the email address provided at checkout. The current price is £19.00 per reading. Reports are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of payment being received.
Our readings are produced for entertainment, personal reflection, and general interest purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including psychological, medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice. Astrology is not a science and the insights provided should not be relied upon for making important life decisions.
To order a reading, you must complete the order form with accurate birth information and pay the stated fee via our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order. By submitting your order you are entering into a binding contract with NatalInsight for the supply of a digital service.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes. NatalInsight reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will pay.
Your report will be delivered to the email address you provide within 24 to 48 hours of your payment being confirmed. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of ordering. NatalInsight is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address being supplied.
If you have not received your report within 48 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at admin@natalinsight.com.
Because our readings are a personalised digital service, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once the report has been delivered to your email address. By placing an order you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once delivery has taken place.
If your report has not yet been delivered, you may request a cancellation and full refund by emailing admin@natalinsight.com. Once a report has been delivered, we do not offer refunds except at our sole discretion in cases of genuine technical failure or significant error on our part.
All content produced by NatalInsight, including report text, design elements, and website content, is our intellectual property. Your report is provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish any part of your report without our prior written consent.
The accuracy of your birth chart depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. NatalInsight cannot be held responsible for errors in the report resulting from incorrect or incomplete birth details supplied by the customer.
NatalInsight's liability to you in connection with your order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our service. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
NatalInsight reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
